Poor customer service

I was at ShopRite Denlyn this morning (03/01/23) with my mom and I saw that 2kg Selati Brown Sugar with the ticket of R41.99 so I took 2 of them. When I got to the till, I asked gentleman who was in front of us to use his Xtra savings card cause I had forgotten mine at home. I saw that the price was different from what I saw on the shelf and when I told the cashier (Portia) about the price difference, a lady(Tshidi) went with me to the aisle where I showed the prices and she took the 3×8 ticket that was displayed and went to show the cashier and she then called Thabo (stock manager/administrator) and when I asked him about the CPA rule, he said quote "I know the CPA rule" with and attitude and I was charged R41.99 for each item and walked away not wanting to hear what more I had to say. The price displayed was on more than one item the whole shelf was displayed with R41.99 both 3×8 and shelf edge ticket
