Poor customer service

Trolleys are for customers not back for shopping, I got at shoprite Chris Hani and had a bad shopping experience. I asked Anelisiwe (till packer) for a trolley she told me that she's using them for distribution and she's not allowed to give them to anyone including customers she was so rude she did care. She didn't even to sympathize or come up with a solution she was so loud fighting with me told her I'm going to report her "as if I care" she rep****
