Poor customer service

Went to Shorpite Modjadji on the 24/09/2017. Was helped by Rapudi Lorraine(Teller). They were running a Rand a Rama promo, and I bought 8 mugs. At checkout I asked if they can't wrap them separate from my grocery, or even give me paper to wrap them since they will break if they are put in one plastic bag. She ****udi Lorraine), turned to me and said put them in the bag, with a serious attitude and raised voice. I tried explaining my concern, and she said wait there someone will come and help you. I waited for more than 30 minutes at the till. After asking for a till supervisor, she came, called someone from the back of the store to bring some promotional pamphlets and left, still nobody came. Neither the teller or teller supervisor cared that i'm still waiting there. I lost my cool after waiting for another 10 minutes and it was then that someone came with the pamphlets and just threw them on the counter and I had to do the wrapping myself. I find the whole experience stinking and horrible. Fact that we are packing for ourselves while people are walking around the store lazing around sucks. Someone has to do something about the attitude at the store. I guess it's shoprite afterall, what else can one expect. Who does the training for your store? Just don't forget we are not coming to your store to beg for stuff there, we buy. Everytime one visit this store, you leave with a bad taste. No customer care at all, wonder if you understand the meaning of it. Nxa. Annoyed
