poor customer service

I came at shoprite laydsmith what a poor customer service from their till front controller I traveled and I forgot my I'D in joburg the only thing I have is my passport instead of her to explain polite she told me where to get off they don't accept passports I must read money market rules her name is Zandile I just fail to understand how she deals with customers daily with such distugusting attitude
