Poor customer service

My Mother bought a Russell Hobbs iron, the iron is still under warranty, it has a problem of tripping the electricity in the house when she took it back on Saturday she was told that there is nothing wrong with the iron and they will not take it back, they did not see anything wrong she was turned back with the item that she has a problem with, is not able to utilise, which is still under warranty.
