poor customer service

<p>they are always short staffed at the hot foods section even during lunch time when we as customers want to buy lunch and go back to work,we will end up not coming to buy out lunch here because today there is only one person serving customers and the other lady is packing food which does not make sense to me because she can see the que of customers</p>
