POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am so disappointed with the service received from the manager of shoprite polokwane market. The manager was very Rude and arrogant. Today I went there around 16h40 to buy some groceries together with 2 bottles of Wine. The cashiers were very slow and thus led to me being on the queue for a long time(actually till 17h00). When it was my turn to pay for my things, I was advised by the cashier that unfortunately she cannot assist me with paying for the wines as it is the company regulation, I was suprised because I have been on the queue for quite some time and due to them being slow 17h00 passed while on the queue. I then requested to speak to the manager who was very Rude and arrogant to me and didn't even try to give me her time of the day instead she was busy chewing pap while I was busy speaking to her. I have never encountered a person who is in her position so rude and unwilling to assist a customer. The least she could have done was just to explain the situation thoroughly than exchanging or going up and down with words with the customer
