Poor Customer Service!

Please note that this is my 2nd review.

On the 16th of March I went to Shoprite at Tshwane Mall to purchase a laundry dryer and 2 other things. Unfortunately the dryer is now broken (hardly within 7days) 😞

On the 21st of March I sent them a Twitter DM. Informing them of the situation and I even mentioned that I lost my slip but attached my transaction details from my banking app. They asked me to send my details, I did. On the 22nd I sent a follow up message and I was told that they are following up on the matter and I’ll be contacted soon. I haven’t heard anything from them! I can’t even do my laundry because now I don’t have a laundry dryer.

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
