Poor customer experience
I was at one of Shoprite stores in Soweto, to be specific at Glenridge, poor customer service from a supervisor by the name of Daphne. The issue started with a price difference of what I was charged compared on what I saw from the shelf and this was verified by the light skinned lady with dreadlocks of which she then called Daphne "so called supervisor" that she didn't have name tag, even great, not apologised for any inconvenienced caused by price difference. The worst of all she was dragging her feet to resolve a matter, didn't have any smile on her face to pretend that she has interest to resolve a matter. Tried to get hold of person in charge, was told that is busy and can't see me.
I'm not sure if this is way how customers are treated at Shoprite and this incident happens for a third time I also experienced it at Ndofaya Mall Shoprite, also at Bergville Shoprite with assistant manager Ndaba, if this kind of pathetic service that will get in stores that are based in the township/ black community based stores then you go to up market areas specifically Checkers stores and you're treated differently, I can't associate myself with a group and it's subsidiaries if I will treated like nothing.
