Poor customer care

I visited Shoprite in Charlesvile Mall, Cape Town yesterday, 31 October 2024. When I entered the store I had a small plastic with medication with me as I came from the Dr. The security guard requested to close the plastic and I asked if Shoprite was selling the kind of medication I got from my doctor. Hea then instructed me in very sarcastic and threatening way to just do as I was told. I felt very intimidated as a result I called my husband to come inside the store as I was scared.
