Poor Costumer Service

Last year december i ordered a big birthday cake at shoprite checkers at Tsakane mall. a week before the birthday date, i left all my details when i was ordering the cake... on the 31 December 2017 i went to collect the cake i never got the cake they told that they dont have the sponge to bake the cake, i tried speaking to the manager as for why was i not called and told earlier, but the manager did not help either i was refunded on the very same date of the birthday.. Sunday morning on the 18 march 2018 i ordered a cake again for Monday afternoon that was the agreement i went again to collect the cake on monday guess what? the is no cake again! for the second time, the story this time is not about the sponge its about the person whom i ordered the cake from he was not at work so i was told my cake was not baked.. i then complained, so they told me they will sort it out i must come back later.. only to found out that they joined to cakes to make that one big cake i ordered, the cake was not fresh at all, probably the cakes where baked Friday... we never enjoyed the cake... im not happy at all, I dont know what to do..so my experience with Shoprite is poor very poor.
