poor conduct

I walked over to Nomsa's till to go pay for my item. I greeted her n she didn't respond but to my item and scanned it. I then said to her \Im greeting you\". Out of anger i then threw the money on to the till and she had the nerve to want to give me grief about that, this is someone who can't greet customers back. She carried on giving me attitude, I then asked for her name and she flashed it at me wit that same attitude, it stinks and is uncalled for. That's not her family's ****a shop, that's one of the biggest supermarkets and Im sure she was trained on how to conduct herself in front of customers instead Nomsa wanted to argue with me. Customer service in the township is generally poor but now having to deal with such appalling attitude can just **** you off. "
