Poor cold chain management

We shopped at Shoprite in Amanzimtoti. We bought 3 x 2L of milk and a 2L ice cream. One of the bottles of milk and the ice cream was off. The milk was still a week away from its expiry date and the ice was still 2 months from its expire date. We've thrown our slip away. Else, we would have gone back to the store to complain.
