Poor business service

I went to Shoprite Witbank Downtown in the middle of March 2020 in the afternoon to buy few things. The stop was packed but there was no till packers to assist the cashiers. I waited on the queue for almost 2 hours. There was no sense of urgency from the cashiers. Sometimes as consumers we don't have much time to stand on the queue for about 2 hours in one store. It is advisable for the shop managers to keep on monitoring the situation and increase cashiers if need be.
