poor attitude by trainee manager

<p>He tell me that I have to buy cigarette at the kiosk and again go stand on the other queue just for one item were else he could have rang both items at that till. On top of it he has the attitude of coming saying he is the trainee manager you can go and complain I will even give you the number and he carries on saying its written there no other items but the were no such notice.
