Poor and disgusting service

I was there to withdraw money at money markert. There was a lady Gugu shange she treated me as if i was there to ask a loan from her own pocket. She first told me to wait she is dealing with people who are making deposits i waited. When it was my turn i gave her all the details of the withdrawal she could not give me the money simple because i did not know how much was deposited but all the details were correct she did not even want to check the system and i had to call the depositor and what if i didnt have airtime. She must be thought customer service because i now have bad picture of shoprite. The que was very long simple because she didnt want to assist those who were there for withdrawal.
