Poor Administration!

So my uncle who is employed by Shoprite Protea Gardens is missing, he hasn't been home for 2 days. I call the store to ask about his last seen at work and two different administrators who answered the call failed to help me, the first one was lazy to even check their records she just said "we don't have that person". Then the other admin put my call on hold and come says they don't have that person, I asked if she looked in their casual employee register since he is not permanent she hangs up on me. My family is worried and we were hoping that my uncle's work place would be helpful just by telling us his last seen. Very disappointed!
