Ponko must learn customer service

Ponko is a very terrible cashier.

Shoprite at kaalfontein corner, so we were at thr que about to pay, we were then told to use kiosk, this girl Ponko was so rude, insisting that there is no cashier who would send us to the kiosk with more than 2 items. What the acttual **** is that? She was so determined to make jokes, as if it was not enough, she then sent me to fetch plastic. I simply left the store before loosing temper. I am ****en angry and I want apology in writing from her. She must never ever think that we come here to play, what a load of ****.
