Poisoning no one wants responsibility

Good day I bought a chocolate birthday cake from Shoprite jabulani mall on 30th of September for my fiance and late that night we ate the cake me , my fiance , tenant and our daughter because we were celebrating my fiance birthday , early hours at about 3:40 am my fiance started to complain about stomach ache and vomit he went to vomit in rest room 4 times I wanted to call ambulance but because he has a medical aid we decided that he goes to private doctor at about 9 in the morning , we went back to bed but woken by my 4 year old son asking for cake because we were not sure at that time I said go take it boy my body was starting to ache all over he ate a big slice because he didn't eat his dinner yesterday and just ate that cake after 3 to 4 hours before my fiance went to door , I was feeling hot and my son vomited the cake I was scared and called Shoprite that something is wrong we getting sick because of cake that I bought , they said I must bring fiance doctors note and cake for lab testing . I wanted for my fiance to come back because he went with the tenant to private doctor because he was weak then I started to vomit and my daughter and son started to get stomach ache and diarrhea but my daughter didn't eat much cake , when they got back I went to Shoprite will all they wanted they said to go home just gave me R60 for cake said will call with result for cake I went to buy pills at clicks for ****s because I couldn't stand then went home my fiance took 2 days off from work , my tenant didn't vomit so now he went to clinic because he is constantly bleeding from his nose and he slim , my nose has dry blood and my stomach ache most times and fiance has ring worms all over his body now , they call me 2 days ago at Shoprite saying they want pathology test for insurance to pay but why because if they told me my fiance would have gone back to private clinic ask for more test and they said they don't back cakes they bought them from khuzani bakery I'm worried please anyone with assistant help us get those results because I'm afraid we might be dying slowly in this house .
