Please close your stores as your service is pathetic and customer service useless

I bought books at one of your store and had to return five if them. Each book was bought at 22 Rand's but I received 60 for the books but not only that but your stuff took their time in insulting me to my son's face. For a company that prides themselves in customer service your people suck and not only *********** but useless. I want the rest of my money
