Please assist with number change, and claiming my EXTRA SAVINGS vouchers.

Shoprite Money Market, my ID number is linked to someone’s else’s cellphone number which makes it difficult for me to use my money market account. I’ve tried calling them several times to assist but goes with no response, they say I should call OUTsurance for something they should help me out with. I can’t claim my vouchers because of them.
