Please address this service

I was looking for Magnum ice cream in shoprite at moutsiya mall near siyabuswa I asked other guy his name is tshepo he send me on the fridge to check when I get to the fridge there was this lady she said to me we don't sell Magnum then I went back to tshepo and ask him why he send me on the Fridge's while he knows that they don't sell Magnum then he said to me how come can I look for a Magnum in shoprite where on earth did I saw the shoprite selling a Magnum
