Pleasant customer services.

I have to commend Shoprite for the excellence services and speedy customer resolution. I purchased adhesive tiles and it had a manufacturing error. I contacted the Shoprite group and the lady I spoke to was so nice and helpful. She assisted me with no hassles and did not bombard me with questions like most customer services' agents does. I even got a call from the store itself and even that lady was eager to help me.Thank you so much for the wonderful service I have received and resolving my issue.
