Play and Win with Simphiwe Shabalala competition

Yesterday I entered the Play and Win with Simphiwe Shabalala competition. I think I won from there. Later yesterday I received an sms saying I won R20 off my next shop and I decided to go to Shoprite Tokoza to pick a few things and use the voucher ***. <br> <br> To my surprise the cashier had no idea about the competition nor the fact that Shoprite is giving away vouchers as per the sms that I showed her. I asked her to call the store manager which she did and he was also surprised he entered the number as a wicode and it was declined. So I ended up not using it as the cashier and store manager had no idea what was that about. <br> <br> Since Shoprite is such a big company I would assume that such things are addressed internal so that a consumer will not feel stupid at the store. I really felt stupid like I was crazy or something.
