****phobic attack

As I write this review I am feeling very embarrassed and very emotional. I visited Shoprite in Delft Mall on Sunday the 20th of June 2021 at 09:28:55 to buy me bread and cooldrink. Heading to the till I noticed there was a till with no queue and I went to checkout, when I got there this lady name Vuyiseka said " you are standing in the wrong queue". Then I went to stand in the queue, when it was my turn Vuyiseka refused to serve me and started calling me names moffie (***) loudly and everyone heard! I was so embarrassed as that is very confidential and she had no right to be name calling me during pride month! The manager took her to the office and asked Vuyiseka to apologize but she blatantly refused. I'm never going back to Shoprite again if this is how they treat *** people this means that they are ****phobic.
