Pest control

Yesterday afternoon while shopping at Shoprite Checkers in the Oval Shopping Centre,Ladysmith KZN we witnessed a rat the size of a medium papaya. When I reported this matter to the manager on duty at the time (first name as identified by his name badge known to me but also trainee manger) he informed us ever so lightly that this is known thing and instead of enquiring futher or maybe saying they will do something,he instead laughed at the concern of a rat roaming the store in broad daylight. I am deeply perturbed by the incident and the manner in which he decided to handle my reporting the incident to him as this is not the first time I have seen a rat in the store although the exact date of the previous incident is one I can not recall. Really really bad service
