Pepper spray (Teargas) inside the store 🤔

On the 25th of December 2023 at katlehong crossing .I was at shoprite inside the store one of security sprayed pepper spray inside the store . Customers were busy coughing cause they've inhale Pepper stray (Teargas) The manger didn't have any courtesy to address the customer or either apologise.but instead they created false statement that " the Teargas is coming outside" The real question why people outside didn't cough more than people inside the store? Does shoprite management know the danger of Teargas?

The security didn't even care to : move customers to ventilated area. They continue with business as usual while customer are busy coughing cause of the Teargas . Does shoprite take customer seriously or is that the reason why most of the shoprites are located in townships cause the most of the people in township aren't well informed about customer's rights.
