PAY(R120) to exchange the size of Pampers Nappies.

On the 15/09/2017 my mother had purchased 2 pampers nappies for my son @Shoprite in Ixopo. 1 of those were Pampers Maxi 45s( size 4) and the other was Pampers 52s( size 4+).

When my mom arrived in Durban, we realized that both nappies are the wrong size. As my son wears size 5, so i decided to have them EXCHANGED at the nearest SHOPRITE around Durban which so happens to be at "Shoprite UmgeniCity View ".

So I was greeted by these two women at the cigarette counter and explain my story and gave her the receipt. They then said I should go inside the store to find the correct size and bring it to them. After that was done, I waited for about 15mins for feedback of which surprised me. So waited until a general manager was called whom then TOLD me to R120 to have the SIZE of the Nappies changed. I was very upset because it is the exact same product which cost exactly the same price. Now i was told that its "because it was on special and the special has ended so you need to pay hence the fact it's the same product but it's just a different day.

I very upset because these pampers won't fit my son, and i just don't know what to do with them.
