Paypoints idling time
When a business is opened for serving the customers, staff should always behave relative to busness goal, becaurse when you choose to shop and do business with them as a client and you find yourself idling in the queue for payment for long unnecessary time where as is only one or two till operating and other tills cloaed with some staff members floating around for what ever reason they have is definitely not good for the business, my recommendation the should be someone managing such situation at all-times and having extra tills operating during pick hours because such situations is not good for the business, especially more clients are placing their trust in the hands of food shops like shoprite avoiding consuming outdated goods from doggy busness we experiencing from local ****ashops trust such will be taken into consideration especially at the paypoints, not forgetting to advise staff members from having social chat in front of the clients its very frustrating, leaving customers frustrated in queues, where by securities end up fighting with frustrated customers because we just wanna pay and leave, myself i dont wanna find myself dealing with security cause is the last thing in my mind when i went for shopping
