Patronising and intimidating cashier

I was at Parow center checkers yesterday, I stood in a longest queue ever at the express till, as it is usually month end and the shop was too full. Eventually, when I got to the till I was received by a rude cashier who didn't even greet. The first word she uttered was accusing me of having more than 10 items, and if that's true she'll send me back to the long queue of normal till service to queue there even if my items exceed the limit with 1 item. Unapologetically she said so even when my items are 9, and she showed no signs of respect. She was arrogant, rude and very patronizing. Fortunately there was a coloured middle aged lady whose a staff member to apologize on her behalf for the sake of good customer service while she aired her face away from us in awe of her behavior. <br> <br> Not sure of her if I can remember, it was Lungiswa.
