Pathic service by far

My fiance and I just came from Shoprite in Shoprite Park Parow and we are utterly disgusted with their staff service .When we got to the til point my fiance asked the cashier Sorita where the ice was ,as we were unable to find it and she just rep**** with"ask someone in one of the aisle .Upon me unpacking my basket trolley and her scanning my items ,she rang up the Tj's charcoal 5kg and gave it to me too take ...I'm not sure why she gave it to me as I had no place to put it and she could have scanned it through and placed it with my other items by the packer.I had to take it and ended up dirtying my clothing and my hands .To top it off my fiance returned with no ice and Sorita just said "did you find it ? ,not even attemping to assist further we decide to get the ice at the liquor store where we got much better service!.The packer at Sorita' til ,Abigail was no help either .We had to fetch our own trolley to pack our items and our rolls werent even placed in one of the bags !!.I will never return to your store.I feel that I wasted R342 .You really need to focus on customer service because your staff makes customers feel unwelcome .
