PATHETIC WORST SERVICE

Today as it is black Friday, I went to Shoprite at 7:20. The queue was very long. I stood almost 2 hours on the queue. What I don't understand with Shoprite is that 6 tills were not working, I have never seen them working any way, though they know that there is a black Friday, people will come in large numbers, Shoprite does not prepare for the black Friday. I feel like they do not care about the customers, who make Shoprite what it is. Shoprite service is worse that worse. How can you have 6 tills that are not working, why did they even have them, if they are not going to use them. I have complained on Shoprite site, but nothing changes, because they do not care. On top of that there are no till packers, people are buying many things, they even fall from the tables, as they take them from the trolleys to the table to pay . Shoprtite management need to start caring for their customers.
