Pathetic Shoprite

I was at Shoprite Golden Walk. I wanted to buy doughnuts from the bakery but there was no one to assist. A lady who was working at the cooked food section said the people from the bakery had left doe the day. I then asked her where is the Deli Controller that is plastered on the wall. She said she also left for the day and she couldn't assist me. I went in search on the Manager but on my way I found a guy by that name of Nathi. I told him my problem and he said he would assist me I should go wait for him at the Bakery as he was taking weetbix to a customer. He came and looked up the codes for the doughnuts and assisted me. Upon getting home the 2 doughnuts that I bought were sooo stale you could have sworn that I was butting into a rockbun. What pathetic service from Shoprite Golden Walk. Why not throw out stale food items? I won't even talk about the cashiers not having packers. Ringing up the groceries and then still having to pack them. You are really exploiting the poor cashiers.
