pathetic services

On 06/10/2015 we booked a greyhound bus at shoprite(Takalani) to travel on 08/10/2015 @ 2300 but only to realise that the bookings were made for 1100 in the morning. We got an sms that the bus will be late and it was then that we realised that the bookings were for the morning not late at nite. We rushed at shoprite to query and we're told that there is nothing that can be done by the lady at the kiosk (Nonhlanhla ). We then bought another ticket as we needed to still leave the same nite. We pain double for a single trip due to a mistake by the consultant.
