Pathetic service- Shoprite supermarket Hillbrow

On Saturday 20th November 2020 i went for shopping at Shoprite supermarket Hillbrow. Hence, i was with my 9 months old baby. The cashier by the name Nokwanda Manqele treatly us unfairly.

She couldnt help me and my baby to pack groceries but preferred to pack for the next customer. Is this how your customers are treated?I had to ask the security guard to help me.

Today i got a friendly and good service from one of the customer services staff,Hlengiwe Ndlovu. Thank you for your patience and determination on your work.
