Pathetic service -Shoprite Greater Edendale Mall

I went to do some minor shopping,@ Shoprite situated in Greater Edendale Mall (Pmb). I stood in the Express Till queue, and I was the second customer. When the customer before me left, I came closer. The lady cashier just looked at me. Without a word after a couple minutes, her supervisor came to so something on the till (I guess she was voiding something). The supervisor didnt even greet us. Just before she left the till, I asked the cashier wether she was operating or not. She asked me if was it not clear enough that shw was still sorting out the items left by the previous customer. So I told her the leastt she could have sone was to let us know and not just ignore us and pretend as if we were not even there. The cashier and her supervisor gave me a cheeky look and scanned my items without saying a word. If this is what your customer service workshops teach to your staff and seniour staff. Personally I recomend you review and change, as I feel the service I recieved on the day was pathetic. Thank you.
