Pathetic service/ horrible

First of all I would like to say I'm very dissaponted with the service I just receive at your deali department, before I even ask for service the lady by the name of minki, said to me i must wait at the que, and I told her yes I know but firstly I want to see want I can get,she was very rude, the worse part I did not even ask for help, I was just checking by myself, I told her I know I must wait, and I also work with customers I know if there is people before me the will get helped first.that lady is so rude, believe me, I'm really not happy with the service, she even told me she is not gonna help me, I told her she is gonna help me.
