Pathetic service from Phillimon or Phillip at shoprite liquor phahladira mall

To whom it may concern

I just received a very poor service from a Phillip or Philemon at Phahladira mall shongoane shoprite liquor.He first attended a customer that was behind me on the que ,when I asked him why did he do that,he went and sat down and instructed his colleague to attend me.I then asked him what's happening ,he told me he doesn't work on the till and he didn't care what I said.

I know that it is common that at Lephalale there is no customer service but today that was a record braking. Could you kindly teach your employees how valuable customers are to your business.I am very disappointed
