PATHETIC SERVICE

The service in Shoprite Twin City Bloemfontein is PATHETIC!!!

I went there twice in 1 day. 1st time I wanted to ask something from the Supervisor, just before I could even greet her she told me she won't be able to help me. Afternoon I went back to the same shop. I was on the queue for 1hr before I was assisted. The Cashiers are so slow! There no packers customers were also packing their goods themselves after paying.
