Pathetic service

I once put the same complaint on the customer service platform no one bothered to acknowledge or even respond, the problem still persists in this store

There can never be a day where u request to withdraw your cash send at this shoprite that they will give u

Always saying asina mali, cash office also dont have money. I don't want to write a long story but im must say when it comes to pathetic service and stinking attitude shoprite takes the cup

You as a retailer u chose to partner with banks but your people make us follow long ques only to be told there is no money. I hv previously spoken to ppl who claimed to be managers there but no one gives a damn Cancell your partnership with banks PLEASE, your staff members treat us like we there to ask them to give us money from their salaries. This is Ludicrous
