Pathetic service by shoprite Yeoville JHB

I would like to express my dissatisfaction over the disgusting service i received at shoprite (Yeoville) on Wednesday the 11th of june 2025 from a dark lady in complexion who was working at the cigarette counter at around past 5.One of the cashiers approached me while i was in a queue and told me to go pay at the cigarette counter since i had 2 items.When I got there the lady started shouting saying she doesn’t want any one there , she even went on to ask me who told me to go to the cigarette counter , I showed her the person and she kept on swearing until another cashier who was listening to the whole conversation called me to come pay for my stuff on her till.
