Pathetic service

I was at Shoprite in Ladysmith this afternoon,next to the taxi rank,the cashier Mangaliso Mshengu shouted at me,and even called me a violent person for asking her why was she shouting at me when I'm next to her,her supervisor was there and never reprimanded her,and she never apologized.
