Pathetic service at Shoprite, Skycity Mall

Only one person at Shoprite, Skycity Mall working on the Money Market counter. There is a queue of 19 people and she apparently couldn't help us because she was not assigned to operate the Lottery machine today.

Surprisingly after we have been standing for over an hour she started helping us.
