Pathetic service at money market

by 17h00 i was at your branch in berea centre to buy saving stamps, i was called by 1 lady at the money market and she told me someone went to fetch the stamps so i must wait, i waited n waited den i decided to go at kiosk as i was waiting when come back to the lady she tells me the other lady has the stamps (Slindile Manzini) i asked her if i should queu again she says no just go and stand by her counter, Slindile was still assiting this two ladies, this Slindile lady i could hear her talking "that people must not stand by her counter but on the queu" finally my turn came and gues what?? i knew this lady was going to give me *** attitude from her talk, she asked the lady next to her who came 1st between me and the gentlement that was following me, the lady said its the guy that came 1st ***?????? The service there is pathetic and if those 3 ladies are owning Shoprite Congrat to them cos you could swear the way they talk that they own the store nx.
