.PATHETIC SERVICE AT MANGUZI SHOPRITE

Pathetic service, *********** rude pretty young little girls staff and not a manager/supervisor in sight. Cashier insistis addressing me in Zulu, a language I do not speak. No back shopping or baskets removed and mountains of back shopping. Stand in a line to pay for 45 minutes only to have my card thrown back at me with a "cash only" remark. One understands neworks being down but if all the networks were on elsewhere in town. Not the 1st time and not warning whatsoever. Products selling out and not replenished. I have been hearing it is coming for months now from the manager. Trying to speak to what I believe is s Supervisor is just a joke
