Pathetic service and rules. Shop somewhere else

On Sunday 5 June 2022 we went shopping at Shoprite, Brakpan. I see the bread is in special, so I decided to buy enough for our household, as well as to donate to a local charity. Out comes James (or that is what he called himself) the baker. "Only 3 per customer".

No signs, no notices, just the bread standing there.

So I take my 3 breads, and stand in the queue. Right in front of me, there is a lady, with 6 breads.

So is the rule only for white people, or just to spite?
