Pathetic service and ridiculous waiting time.

So Jabulani Mall branch has only 1 cashier that is assisting with tickets, she walks off counter and says nothing to us customers that have been standing here for more than an hour, the audacity to let us know where she's going to. And with a busy shop like that you cannot operate with one cashier that is assisting all clients who wants tickets really now Shoprite!!!!!! ????
