PATHETIC SERVICE and LACK OF RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS TIME

Today I experienced total disrepect at Shoprite Fishoek. Two staff members/cashiers named Vuyolwethu Lusawama and Nolusindiso Zilwa at Shoprite Fishoek really tried there best to be as disrespectful and unhelpful to me, whilst still laughing about it and having attitude too. All this when I was trying to pay for my empoyee and my own lunch at this store. I did not have my Shoprite card with me and then got the mighty run around for about 20 minutes, whilst they sat there and laughed about it. I asked there manager why they were not able to help me and apparently they did not yet have the appropriate training. Is it too much to ask for courteous/respectful treatment as a paying customer and also that you have some more respect for your customers time?? PATHETIC SERVICE
