Pathetic service

Pathetic poor service is now almost 2months with no outcome they kept on telling me 14days to verify my documents as my account is on hold I have my sassa money coming In there and can't use it until now I call everyday 26th of June I sent my documents it's now August without no update they make you open the account nicely then while using it it goes on hold and no help there after
