Pathetic service

Went to Shoprite Ndofaya mall the service is very pathetic. Get to the cashier wanted to buy and withdraw and she just said she doesn't have money. Then I told her to please check where can I get she called the supervisor (Maria) and ask her to check for she just walked away like she was contesting. I just stood there and waited until that same cashier had enough money. So the question is do they hire qualified people for such positions or do they even train them on Customer service? If not they must start doing that because even at the locations we do deserve a descent service.
